READING:  puppet show dress rehearsal and prop preparations; WW#5 A-B-C  homework = complete if not finished.  I will be checking in the morning.  test on Friday

SCIENCE:  planet research (and duck and cover drills during our severe weather)

SOCIAL STUDIES:  none today due to duck and cover - however, students should have a study guide for the test on Friday.  AND they came home today with their journals after we shared with Mrs. Matson's class.  Their graded rubric will come home in the brown envelope tomorrow.

Coffeehouse Night

It’s that time again!   Coffeehouse Night will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  This is just a fun night for reading and enjoying poetry and is open to anyone that would like to participate.  So find your favorite poem from your favorite poet, or one that you have written yourself, to bring and share with our audience.  I will need a copy of the poem you will read as well as a permission slip filled out by your parents.

 

I know we have some fantastic musicians at Davis!!  We would love to have you come play for us that night!  We will be looking for a few musicians to play before and after the poetry readings.  We will need piano players, violinist, flautists, etc…
